Collins & Collins, P.C. serves clients throughout New Mexico in a number of areas of the law including personal injury, criminal & DWI defense, divorce & family law, and veterans disability benefits. 

Our personal injury practice is a statewide practice.  Personal injury law includes a wide range of claims made on behalf of those seriously injured or killed due to the negligence of others.  Personal injury would include such matters as auto accidents, medical malpractice, slip & fall injuries, premises liability claims, and nursing home neglect and abuse among others. 

Our other practice in the areas of criminal & DWI defense, and divorce & family law  is limited to Albuquerque and the surrounding counties including Santa Fe County, Sandoval County, Cibola County, Valencia County and Torrance County.  As such, the bulk of our practice in these legal areas is in Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
