Albuquerque attorney, Sarah Armstrong, began practicing law in 2004 following graduation from Georgetown University School of Law. Sarah has been working with Albuquerque Attorneys, Collins & Collins, P.C., for since 2008. Sarah began working as Of-Counsel with the firm. She joined the firm as an associate in 2010.
Sarah devotes much of her practice to Albuquerque divorce and family law matters. These include a wide variety of New Mexico divorce and family law issues such as child custody and time-sharing, child support, division of property & debt, alimony & spousal support, and paternity issues to name a few.
Sarah is sensitive to the stresses of New Mexico divorce clients and generally enters an Albuquerque divorce matter with the goal of mediation or settlement of the claims between the parties. Of course, this is not always possible so Sarah is diligent in moving these cases forward through the New Mexico divorce and family law litigation process with the goal of bringing the matter to conclusion.
Though many of her cases are Albuquerque divorce and family law cases, Sarah also represents New Mexico divorce clients in the counties surrounding Albuquerque, particularly in Rio Rancho and Santa Fe.
