Augustine Rodriguez joined the Albuquerque law firm of Collins & Collins, P.C. in the summer of 2014. Augustine brings extensive criminal defense and civil litigation experience to the service of the clients of Collins & Collins, P.C.

Augustine has litigated and tried both civil and criminal cases at all levels of the New Mexico court system, from Albuquerque Metropolitan Court, to State District Courts throughout the State to Federal District Court.

Augustine’s practice at Collins & Collins, P.C. is in the areas of criminal and DWI defense, divorce and family law, and personal injury law. In addition, Augustine is a native Spanish speaker so he handles all of the Spanish speaking clients that come to Collins & Collins, P.C.
