Rebekah Wright

Rebekah Wright is a civil rights attorney at Collins & Collins, P.C., where she represents victims of medical neglect and civil rights violations in institutional settings. Drawing on her background in health law, federal service, and civil litigation, Rebekah takes a multidisciplinary approach to advocating for clients whose voices are too often ignored or silenced.

A former Presidential Management Fellow and law clerk with the U.S. Army JAG Corps, Rebekah now focuses on holding correctional agencies, private contractors, and other institutions accountable for violations of her clients’ constitutional rights and dignity. Her practice spans cases of medical neglect, mental health care failures, nutritional deprivation, and other systemic abuses. She also represents patients and families in medical malpractice cases, with a focus on challenging the corporate practices that interfere with doctors’ ability to provide safe, ethical care.

Based in New Mexico, where she spent many of her formative childhood years (while also calling Texas and Massachusetts home), Rebekah is deeply committed to the community she serves. She is happily married and the proud parent of two bright, loving adult children and one spirited little one who keeps everyone grounded and laughing.
